The staff was very helpful when we checked-in, the bellman helped us up with our luggage, and they answered any questions that we had about the hotel and Las Vegas. We had a great view of the strip with full wall to wall huge windows. Our room was large, modern and stylish., It had the usually amenities desk, armchair, flat screen TV, and a very comfortable king size bed that was nicely made up. The Palms hotel is located off the strip.
